On April 8, 2026, at the City of Elk Grove’s Annual Volunteer Recognition Ceremony, JYL Foundation was honored with the “Stars of Service” award.
The Mayor and City Council members were present to recognize JYL Foundation’s outstanding contributions to community service and youth development.
