2025 JYL Foundation: Year in Review

Looking back on 2025, the JYL Foundation has grown through steady and consistent progress. This year, we have not only seen an accumulation of data but have also felt a profound sense of the authentic and warm connections between people.

Our 2025 Numbers & Milestones

So far, the JYL Foundation community has grown to 97 volunteers, clocking in an incredible 1,216.95 service hours. One standout volunteer alone contributed 109.5 hours! Behind these numbers lies a powerful story of youth and families stepping up and staying committed—a true testament to what responsibility and action look like in our community.

Programs & Outreach: We hosted 12 major events this year, ranging from youth growth workshops and health education to community service and partnerships. We’ve also been busy sharing our journey online, posting 49 updates that reached over 13,137 views, helping to spotlight the importance of youth-led social work.

New Beginnings: 2025 saw the birth of our Spark Visual Media Team. This youth-led creative crew captures our live events and creates compelling videos to tell our story from a unique perspective. We’ve also stayed active in the wider community, joining forces with other youth organizations and participating in charity sales to build trust and expand our collective impact.

Growth is about more than just statistics; it’s about the community that walks alongside us. This year, we’ve gained so much more than data—we’ve gained friends. To the families, partners, and professionals who offered their support and passion: you have made our mission stronger than ever.
